By accessing or using the website of TW Construction ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") or engaging with our construction, arbor, deck, boat house, and roofing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Program Description
TW Construction is a premier Texas-based general contractor providing custom cedar arbors, pergolas, wood and composite decks, boat houses, waterfront docks, and residential roofing across Rains, Wood, Hopkins, and Smith Counties. When you opt in or initiate contact with TW Construction via phone or text, you can expect to receive conversational and transactional text messages regarding your project inquiries, estimate scheduling, on-site measurement appointments, construction progress updates, material deliveries, and direct customer support.
Cancellation & Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (903) 405-1952. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & Data Rates / Frequency
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive message frequency based on your active project status and interaction frequency (typically 1–5 messages per service inquiry or appointment scheduling). If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

3. Construction Contracts, Estimates & Scopes of Work
All formal construction, building permits, pricing estimates, down payments, and completion timelines are governed by separate written and signed construction agreements entered into between the property owner and TW Construction. In the event of any conflict between this website and a signed written construction contract, the written contract shall control.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TW Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of this website or communications systems.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
